This Policy is intended for emails sent to support@vrcave.ca. Note that response times tend to be quicker during VRCAVE’s core support hours so partners are encouraged to contact us then.

VRCAVE Core Support hours:

8:00am to 4:00pm Mountain Time Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)

Target Response Time Less than 1 hour Less than 6 hours
Maximum Response Time Less than 4 hours Less than 24 hours
